Open a shop, go live, and get paid straight to your bank account.
F² is a live shopping platform built around a touring influencer. Fans watch live streams and short videos, buy products without leaving the stream, and buy tickets to his shows. Independent sellers pay a plan to open a shop, sell live to their own followers and to the whole F² audience, and are paid automatically once each order is safely delivered. Local businesses in every show city can advertise to fans around the show.

Five parts share one backend, one database of users and orders, and one wallet ledger. A change made in one place, such as a plan price in admin, appears everywhere immediately.
Every screen of the mobile app, one at a time, the way a fan or seller moves through it. Swipe, use the arrows, or jump to a journey.
59 web screens across the admin back office, seller portal, advertiser portal and public web pages, including every dashboard and report the team uses to run the business.
Every feature in plain language: the mobile app, seller portal, advertiser portal, public web and admin back office.
Two-week sprints with weekly progress updates. Each milestone ends with an installable test build (TestFlight and Google Play internal testing) and staging access, and is signed off before the next one starts.
Analysis of the purchased script: code quality, security, what is kept, reworked or rebuilt. Produces the sprint plan, timeline and final estimate.

The total investment to develop and launch the complete platform is $55,000, covering the iPhone and Android app, seller portal, advertiser portal, public web pages and admin back office, delivered across three milestones through public launch.
Launching into an existing audience of millions, the first-month targets are deliberately conservative.
followers ready to be invited on day one
Minimum target for app downloads and users within the first 30 days after launch
At least 1,000 users convert into paid seller packages during the first 30 days
The estimated cost required to operate the platform and support the team. The objective is to generate enough recurring platform revenue to cover this amount within the first 90 days.
per month to operate the platform and support the team
to cover the monthly operating target with recurring revenue
2,500 → 5,000 → 7,500 paid subscribers across months 1, 2 and 3
Sellers can join the platform, livestream, promote their products, and sell directly through the app. A 10% platform fee applies only when you sell.
Example: $19.99 subscription minus $9.99 support allocation = $10.00 remaining → 20% revenue share = $2.00 per subscription, or $5,000 at 2,500 subscriptions.
| Package | Price | Less $9.99 | 20% share | Share at 2,500 subscribers |
|---|
Drag to model different subscriber counts. Each package is calculated on the same subscriber count.
Recurring seller membership packages.
10% fee collected from sales completed through the marketplace.
Advertising opportunities activated as the platform's user base grows.
Together, these revenue streams create a scalable ecosystem where platform growth, seller activity, transactions and advertising can continuously increase revenue.
Subscriptions are only one revenue stream. Whenever a seller sells a product through the platform (jewelry, apparel, hair products, sunglasses, cosmetics, merchandise, accessories and more), the platform receives a 10% platform fee. From that fee, you receive a 20% profit share: an effective share of about 2% of total transaction value.
Buyer pays $211.68 (items $188.00 + shipping $6.99 + NY sales tax $16.69). Seller receives $176.19. Sales tax is remitted by the platform; card processing ($6.44) is paid by the platform, for a platform net of $12.36.
10% platform fee · 20% profit share is yours
Daily transactions at an average purchase value of $25 to $30, and what your share adds up to over a month and a quarter.
| Daily transactions | Your share per day | Per month (30 days) | Per quarter (90 days) |
|---|
Approximately $10,000 per month from the 20% share of platform transaction fees.
Each dot ≈ 500 transactions a month.
Advertising becomes another revenue stream once the platform reaches approximately 100,000 users. Each advertiser pays $0.03 per user reached, so at 100,000 users one advertiser pays $3,000 a month.
10 × $3,000 = $30,000 monthly gross ad revenue · 20% revenue share:
| Ad placement in the app | Where it appears | Pricing (configurable) |
|---|---|---|
| Show sponsor | "Presented by" on the show page, ticket screens and the show stream | $1,500 per show |
| Live stream overlay | Sponsor card on the official show stream | $750 per show |
| Sponsor push | One notification to fans in the show city | $500 per send |
| Shop tab banner | Rotating banner in the Shop tab for fans in the target area | $25 / 1,000 views |
| Sponsored reel | Video in the For You feed for fans in the target area | $18 / 1,000 views |
You receive 20% of every revenue stream: subscriptions, the 10% platform fee on every sale, and advertising.
| Revenue stream | What your 20% is taken from | Example | Your share / month |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seller subscriptions | Subscription price minus the $9.99 support cost | 2,500 subscribers on the 3-Month package ($2.00 each) | $5,000 |
| Platform transaction fees | The 10% platform fee on every sale | 300 transactions a day at a $25 average ($0.50 each) | $4,500 |
| Advertising | Advertiser spend at $0.03 per user | 10 advertisers at 100,000 users ($600 each) | $6,000 |
| Total | Combined example month | $15,500 |
That is $46,500 a quarter at the same pace. Subscription share depends on the package mix: the same 2,500 subscribers earn $6,000 on 6-Month, $10,000 on 1-Year and $29,505 on F2X Stream.
